I primarily feel that the qualification will help me in more clearly defining my roles, and helping me fill any gaps and reinforce my knowledge.
Yes
I have worked for Enterprise for a little over 11 years now, in that time I have had many opportunities to progress and improve my skillset. During that time they have also been very supportive of non-work related issues that I have experienced - showing that they were putting me and my wellbeing first.
Show enthusiasm and work hard - these are traits that I have found are rewarded. Take any opportunity to further develop your skillset that are offered.
