I have learnt a lot of new skills in this role, from data analysis to the formal process of completing a new lease.
I really enjoy my programme. It stretches me which allows for accelerated learning and growth, as well as provides space to work independently on projects to build my confidence.
It is really well structured. I like the fact that we rotate into different roles to get a broad range of experience and meet a variety of teams.
We receive lots of support, from APC to UCEM. I feel there is always someone to talk to about my work.
There is lots of support available, such as surgeries or drop-in sessions. This is for both weekly content and assignments.
