I am responsible for calling customers and arranging collection and delivery dates/times. I work together with my team to create the best customer experience.
I have learned how to talk to customers about their issues and concerns and actively listen and give appropriate solutions.
I am really enjoying the programme. My tutor is excellent and provides clear to understand lessons and keeps everyone engaged.
The programme is well organised and each topic is set separately.
I receive any support I need and given a set time to complete my assignments away from my usual job responsibilities. However I am struggling to find hours for my off the job tracker.
I receive excellent support from my tutor. He provides clear lessons and make sure everyone understands before moving on. He responds to any emails very quickly.
I feel that my qualification has helped be perform better in my role as I have a better understanding on why it is so important to provide good customer service and develop my skills.
I don't believe there are any official events or activities through the company.
