Sales assistant, doing what is required when it is required. Usually customer service, processing stock and standards management.
Developed existing skills. Learning WHY things are done not just doing them
It’s been interesting and my trainer is fantastic
Very well structured. Everything is well laid out and explained
It’s hard because of my existing work load to get in the relevant off the job hours. Meaning I often write up learning journals from home as there isn’t the time whilst in business.
Lots of support Sharon and Realise have really supported me right from the start and offer all the knowledge and training needed to become an effective manager.
I believe that once the qualification is completed it will really benefit me moving forwards in the business

I believe that the store I work in could be a fantastic store with the right sort of managers and support in place and the whole team working together
Expect to work hard! It’s a physical job that at time can be relentless. But it’s fun and enjoyable if everyone pulls their weight
