Managing shifts and make sure people are following the correct procedures to make the best food for customers and make sure they are returning. To make sure customers are satisfied with there experience
I have learnt a lot about managing a company and more about polices and putting this into my work and also developing my confidence
I have enjoyed this program and learning lots of new thing
It was well structured but I would say there was always a delay on lesson emails coming out making it hard to plan around
My employer gave me good support and enough time to complete my work and also gave me lots of opportunity to get my off the hour jobs completed
