HR administration and team support, coordinating company wide events
I was new to HR when joining so have learnt mostly about HR as a generalist
I find the sessions useful and materials provided good also. Assignment briefs are clear, but it would be nice to have more scheduled time with tutors for questions and if they could provide more targeted support
Well structured, but sometimes there is not enough contact time between assignments and can make studies a bit difficult though i understand the requirement of independent study
Currently not much as we are underresourced and have a broad scope of work
Mentor is easy to reach but can be difficult with limited capacity working and managing many cohorts
I'm learning a lot of specialist knowledge and generally better understand the need for the people profession in my organisation and in the wider commercial world
Yes we have bi-annual offsites and ad hoc socials, both in person and remote
Yes
A company with a really purposeful mission and values but it can be very fast paced and high stress at times
Be prepared to wear multiple hats and work in a fast paced demanding environment
