My role in Aldi within the first year involves doing work on the shop floor such as deliveries on a morning and backstock on an afternoon, it also involves working on a till and both require working at a fast speed
I have learnt how to work independently and within a team. I have also learnt how to work at a fast pace and I have learnt how a retail business works.
The programme is highly enjoyable. Getting on with work colleague and customers definatley makes the job a lot easier
I enjoy being part of the team at Aldi. Everyone treats each other the same and people within the shop make me feel involved in everything.
The programme is what it says. With only being in the first year I can only say that I have been trained very well to work on the shop floor and on a till but for the oncoming years the programme will off the best support
My training provider offers as much support as possible and is always willing to give a helping hand
My employer also offers as much help and advise as possible
The salary is almost always right
I havnt took the time to look for other oppertunites as I have been focusing on my oppertunity at Aldi
Yes
Aldi is a fast tack process and you can learn the basics in no time, the people in the store are lovely to get along with and the shop is a friendly working environment
If you were to apply for Aldi I would make sure you know how Aldi goes as it requires a lot of your own time but it is a brilliant experience to have
