1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I manage a team of business architects who work with our customers to support their business plans and overcome their challenges using SAP solutions

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have had the opportunity to undertake both academic research and hands on Action Research projects. This has involved understanding team motivation, sales performance management and coaching.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The course is run really well by the provider, giving both real life examples and a view of the key academic sources in our field. It is really great to interact with fellow students from other organisations to learn with and from them.

The course is structured well with 2-3 day onsite workshops and additional peer learning sessions,

I am fortunate to be given time away from work to participate in the workshops

Consalia provide very thorough course leads, facilitstion and expert advice. There are experienced, friendly and great to work with

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This is the best part. So much of what I have studied is making me rethink how I perform at work. For example, growth mindset approach, coaching techniques, leadership principles etc

We are working on setting up some social activities within our learning cohort.

Yes

I already have, because I find it valuable, enjoyable and re-energising to build an academic foundation to business processes

DO IT. You won't regret it.
