I manage a team of 12 employees who recover the costs of hire and repair charges. I assist them with coaching. mentoring and supplying monthly/yearly performance reviews.
People management, time management are the two most impactful skills that I have learnt and developed on

Greatly, I get 1-2-1 time with my personal tutor, she is also available to help me when I need outside of these times.
A satisfactory amount, I am provided with enough time during work hours to ensure that my modules are worked on efficiently.

I am in a management role currently, and am completing the team leader level 3, so this will benefit me greatly.

I have been here for almost 10 years now, they are a great company to work for. Extremely flexible (I am a single mum and have been able to amend my hours to suit my daughters schedule, which has changed recently due to starting school and i have been able to progress.)
