1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is customer facing and delivery driver I have to deliver good from Rdc to the stores, I have to do a daily walk around check to make sure my vehicle for road use and I have to hot Kpi

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned to how to drive a class one lorry, I've had to learn how to deal with customers and store staff and ive achieve a level 2 in maths and English

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found this apprentice very challenging but with the gidence and training I was able to achieve my apprenticeship

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program was 13 months, we had a the best training team everything was structured and it worked well to help us achieve the end result

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received the best support with my trainers and my bosses

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There was very farther and if we was stuggling they helped us

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Before this apprenticeship I had no idea how to driver a class one lorry with all the help and support it helped me to do the best

There are openings days there was so many opportunities with the business

9a. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

I worked for aldi when I was in my mid 20s and it never worked out for me I came back years later and was giving a chance which I proved my self I was them one of 8 applicants to achieve this apprenticeship and ive been with aldi 5 years

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?

I cant really give u tips cause were all different but its well worth it because I never thought id get this far but with aldi they gave me my big break which for me as been the best decision I ever made I own them everything and I thankful to them for giving me my shot
