Within my daily buying role, i communicate with suppliers, create legally binding contracts and set retail, alongside many other tasks. Everday i work with my team to put ambient products in Aldi stores.
Yes, i have learnt how to communicate efficiently and become more confident.
I enjoy learning new things everyday and working within a team.
My programme is very well structured.
I am happy with the amount of support Aldi have given me since i started my apprenticeship, my buying director has been great at ensuring i have enough time set aside to complete my apprenticeship work.
More than enough support, i feel as though i can reach out to my provider if i need help and every session we have i feel as i have learnt something new.
The things i learn about in my apprenticeship tie in with what i do day to day at Aldi.
