  • I enjoy learning some of the topics and utilising them. I find the format hard to follow at times and there is a lot of self study involved

  • There are times when it feels very disorganised but the overal benefit of studying and achieving the qualification will outweigh the negatives

  • My employer supports me by giving me time to complete the lessons and where needs be i can take on additional responsibilities to support my learning

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • the ACE team are good and they provide helpful tutorials and lessons. I fing the set up of the sessions themselves arent adequate to give enough learning for the assignments, there is too much self learning.

  • i can learn some of what i've learned to support my day to day work, however the goal is to gain a qualification and skills to become a Project Manager

  • We have lots of groups that people can join from faith groups, charity groups and support groups as well as developmental groups

  • Yes

  • the business pays fairly and it is has excellent benefits, such as mat/pat leave etc. It offers good steady work and is accessible.

  • you must care about customers and want to do a good job
