I create marketing and engagement plans to support local councils gain advantage of government grants to improve the energy efficiency of their homes
I have learned new skills and techniques that support my role
I enjoy learning some of the topics and utilising them. I find the format hard to follow at times and there is a lot of self study involved
There are times when it feels very disorganised but the overal benefit of studying and achieving the qualification will outweigh the negatives
My employer supports me by giving me time to complete the lessons and where needs be i can take on additional responsibilities to support my learning
the ACE team are good and they provide helpful tutorials and lessons. I fing the set up of the sessions themselves arent adequate to give enough learning for the assignments, there is too much self learning.
i can learn some of what i've learned to support my day to day work, however the goal is to gain a qualification and skills to become a Project Manager
We have lots of groups that people can join from faith groups, charity groups and support groups as well as developmental groups
