  • Learned some up to date methods and processes, as well as developing existing skills.

  • The learning elements have been enjoyable. The project tasks were difficult to find, the training provider required my employer to find project work that met different parts of the course....this was difficult.

  • It was OK, it would have been better for me if the learning sessions were broken down more and split into more separate sessions. This would have fit in better with my job role. The course wasn't as flexible as I had hoped.

  • My employer has been very supportive, they have also found it difficult to find projects for me to do that met the specific criteria of the course.

  • My current tutor is very supportive and always available for help, the previous one I had was not as good.

  • It has helped me in my understanding of current practices and systems that exist outside my workplace, as well as developing my skills with tools I already used.

  • There are many available options as it is a very large organisation with lots of people with diverse interests.

  • IT is a large organisation with many different job roles. Employees are encouraged to develop.

  • Working for a large company has many advantages, one being that there are many different job roles.If one doesn't suit you, there are other options you could explore with the same employer.
