  • The best support possible, everyone at work is extremely sympathetic to the stress of being a degree apprentice and i can have as much time i need away from work to focus on university.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The university does not provide as much support as i would like as i had a tutor who would leave my messages on seen rather than reply, certain lecturers would post unclear assignments and then complain when everyone was asking them to clarify.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Certain aspects are very helpful however as it is quite a broad degree the majority of my modules did not relate to my role at all, and what did relate to my role it sometimes felt as though i had more experience with the subject than they did.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLR?
  • Make sure that you do not focus on your love on cars in your interview, focus on the role
