Answering customer queries, tickets, phone calls and assisting the customer in any way that I can.
How to properly write emails, a day to day operations inside a office. Correct office attitude and following business policies and regulations.
I enjoy it, it's not strenuous, I'm giving reasonable hours, reasonable lunch breaks, plenty of time to do my apprenticeship work, the work is a good balanced between easy and hard. This will definitely help me start my professional life.
I know what roles I will take in each period of my 25 month tenure in Siemens Financial services.
Ample and effective support is there in the case I would ever need it.
I get check in's with my training provider every 2 weeks in regards to my apprenticeship work and feedback is provided for work I did during that 2 week period and what's coming up next.
Some things I am doing is effective and relates to my working office life, other parts are not so as effective. Safeguarding against things I have never came across before.
There have been some social events that have occurred, a mixed variety aswell.

I would recommend Siemens because it's a large company, great for your resume, their a well known apprenticeship provider, the work is fair, hours are fine, time off is realistic. A great start.
Be honest and don't be afraid to ask for help.
