My day to day work consists of motivating my team and getting them to be the best they can be. And also managing my time.
I have learnt many new skills while being a manager. But I developed a lot when becoming a manager
I have now completed my programme and I massively enjoyed it.
To start off with it’s was pretty poor but I was I was in continuous communication with my coach it’s was fantastic.
Loads and loads everybody in the management department was involved and always ready to give there knowledge and feedback
Tons of support from my apprenticeship coach which was amazing becuase it made the whole process stress free.
Amazing I gain all the right skills and knowledge to drop straight in my new role and get well ahead.
