Meetings with my project team resolving issues and maintaining the schedule. Taking the cost and progress information produced by the teams and feeding it into programmes to produce metrics which are reported to the team and the customer.
I have expanded my computer skills in various Microsoft products, I have been qualified in the Raytheon's Earned Value processes
It is well structured however it is difficult to maintain the various trackers which are required to pass the course.
My employer provides plenty of support and my line manager is very accommodating and considerate of my various commitments.
We receive a lot of guidance and we are able to reach out to them on email if we have any questions about what we have to do.
I play for the Raytheon football teams, as well as enrolling on the STEM programme.

It is fun and relaxed workplace, they are very accommodating and if there are any issues people are always on hand to help.
Explain any scenario which has demonstrated skills such as: taking charge, working as part of a team etc. In the interview don't be shy and welcome any challenge, don't be afraid to think outside of the box.
