In my role, I have to complete tasks, delegate tasks, complete online learning as well as work with money
I have learned customer service skills, got better with maths as well as how to motivate a team
I enjoy my program as there are many development opportunities and I get to work with many different people.
I get constant support from the people around me as well as my training providers. I get regular performance reviews.
I get a lot of support from my employees with their through training and meetings.
My training sets me many tasks as well as having regular meetings. I can also send them an email with any queries and they will respond as soon as they can.
It helps me perform better as I can easily understand policy’s and practice them within my role.
There are different extra curricular activities such as Aldi football tournaments.
