I currently work in placements in different areas and move around the business - I may be working on big projects, small research tasks, self learning, and more.
I have learnt many new skills and also been able to develop existing skills a lot.
I enjoy this programme a lot.
The programme is very well structured to make sure I get the best learning oppurtunities.
I always feel happy to ask questions and for help if needed. If I need support I can get it in a sufficient way.
I am able to get any necessary support from my training providers if I need it.
My qualification has helped aid me in performing my current job roles through the skills I have learnt and the knowledge I have gained.
I am able to get involved in various networking events and I am involved in employee networks which allows me to get involved in more events. I can also get involved in a range of volunteering activities.

The apprenticeship has been great for learning about the various parts of the business, meeting new people, and developing various skills, and I have always felt like I have had any necessary support if I have needed it.
