    • I currently am a room leader, so i look after all the staff and the children. I run the room to the best of my ability.

    • I recieve a lot of support from my employer and lots of time for my work to be completed.

    • I alway have support from them especially if im struggle they will alway somehow help me out.

    • It has taught me better ways to practice , it has given extra knowledge and helped me reflect and improve my own practice.
