Yes i have learned teamwork skills as we all work to help each other get the work done in time. Also customer service skills when emailing and calling external people
I enjoyed learning a range of skills and experimenting different departments and meeting new people. This allowed me to see what departments suit my skillet best
I felt that the rotations were well structured for the most part. We also had good support when completing the coursework part of the programme by having regular check ins
I get good support from my employee as i have regular check ins to how i am doing and how i can progress further.
I receieved good support from my training provider as they would put meetings in to check in how i am doing and would give tips and advice on how i can achieve the qualifications
I think it helps a bit to understand the importance of what the departments do and how my own work can have an impact on the company
There are social activities to attend and Meals etc to spend time outside of work
