  • To process paperwork on our system that is sent across from dealers for our payout team to pay out

  • Yes i have learned teamwork skills as we all work to help each other get the work done in time. Also customer service skills when emailing and calling external people

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed learning a range of skills and experimenting different departments and meeting new people. This allowed me to see what departments suit my skillet best

  • I felt that the rotations were well structured for the most part. We also had good support when completing the coursework part of the programme by having regular check ins

  • I get good support from my employee as i have regular check ins to how i am doing and how i can progress further.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receieved good support from my training provider as they would put meetings in to check in how i am doing and would give tips and advice on how i can achieve the qualifications

  • I think it helps a bit to understand the importance of what the departments do and how my own work can have an impact on the company

  • There are social activities to attend and Meals etc to spend time outside of work

  • Yes

  • I think it is a good place to work and the people are very easy to get along with. Also have good support


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens?
  • I would say to try and be as willing to learn by asking quesions and finding out as much as you can
