As a training and development officer I delivered apprenticeships within the business service sector
My journey has just begun. I have only had one group virtual session.
Currently I am enjoying the programme and excited to see what it holds in the upcoming months
Currently it seems fairly well organised as dates are sent in advance
As I am at the beginning of my own apprenticeship journey I currently do not need any support but when I do I will be sure to reach out to my line manager who is very supportive
As stated in the previous answer
I feel this will help me enhance my skills knowledge and behaviours to perform at my best
Na
Yes
I would recommend to a friend as I love the ethos values and passion realise have. Right learner right programme all the way
Ensure the apprenticeship you ate applying for matches your goals and aspirations and you have movement within your current role to expand to this
