  • A HR Data Analyst roles involves developing and providing HR data, insight, and advice to support evidence-based decision-making, as well as analysing and interpreting key performance indicators. The role also involves assisting in the management of employee records, generating reports, and supporting system management.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt more Excel functions, blending and cleansing data more effectively and how to interpret and analyse large data sets more efficiently.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying it greatly, it is the first formal learning I have done in my capacity as a HR Data Analyst.

  • Very well structured, excellent programme and highly recommend.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager cannot be anymore supportive, she has been encouraging me along the way and checks in regularly to see how I'm getting on with the programme.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My Data Coach is extremely knowledgeable and supportive in both data analysis, as her background is data science, I have developed a good rapport with her.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Significantly, already I am using some of the new Excel skills picked up on the programme to apply further automation to my existing dashboards. It has not even be 3 months and already I am applying my learning to my day to day job.

  • There are many extra-curricular activities, I try and get involved as much as I can.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I have worked for Enterprise Mobility coming to 9 years, having worked for many other employees previously and with the most sincerity, can I say, I wish I had joined years earlier. EM is a totally inclusive employer, you really feel supported and are encouraged to bring your most authentic self to work. The opportunities available to develop and grow your career are endless, I would recommend EM to anyone who would listen!

  • Be yourself, sell yourself and focus on what you can bring to both the Company and the role, and what EM can offer you endless opportunities and friendly and fun place to work.
