Line cooking, cleaning kitchen, accepting deliveries and putting them away. Stock rotation.
I have learnt team leadership skills, including food orders and stock counting. I have also managed shifts.
I feel it has developed my skills I already have and widened my opportunities for the future.
It is well organised and I can always rearrange things where needed due to business demand and get advice and help from my tutor.

I feel there are too many managers, the structure doesn't seem to work as information isn't passed to front line staff which causes job confusion.
