Team leader involves cash control's, running of a shift and managing the team on shift as well as dealing with complaints and checking people in and out of our joining hotel. Serving customers food and drinks and being in customer service.dealing with deliveries and training new team members that have joined the business.
Developed and learnt new skills to do with equality, brand standards and also laws, aswel as learning what other hospitality roles there are in the hospitality sector and how to differentiate different business roles and what other things I need to be learning withing the business.
I enjoy learning new things and getting a qualification while I work.
Very well organised and easy to follow and track my progress and I get help when I need it, Being given the time to complete modules helps.
I receive alot of support from my employer giving me the extra time I need
I receive plenty of support, always just a text away if I don't follow something and need help getting things explained
