Managing the nursery, which includes overseeing staff:child ratios, compliance, dealing with staff, parents, ensuring the safeguarding and education of all children and dealing with new enquiries.

I have developed my ICT skills which will help with media and marketing, alongside using media to motivate staff, develop induction processes and support recruitment and staff retention.

The course is interesting as I am able to share experiences and ideas with other nursery managers.

Very well organised, my trainer is knowledgable and supportive, setting weekly meetings and guidance.

In this industry finding the time to complete tasks can be tricky.
