I am responsible for the day to day management of a McDonald’s restaurant, I have to oversee all the operations, people and facilities to ensure that the store runs smoothly.

I receive plenty of support, I always have time to complete everything that I need to do even though my job is quite high pressure
my tutor is absolutely fantastic, his support is excellent and he is always looking for ways to help and support me in my role and in my apprenticeship
It’s very helpful as it is fully relevant to my role and helps me to understand the theoretical side of things as well as the practical side
Yes, we often have crew events and social occasions that are organised by the franchise
