I'm started out as a trainee bus driver , now I have passed my tests I'm a full time bus driver
I've learned to deal with different passengers on a day to day basis
I enjoy the classroom work, the tutors are ex bus drivers they know the roll and are really down to earth.
Very well organised,
We get use of lap tops if needed and my employer are always eager to see how the apprenticeship is progressing. So very supportive
The training provider teaches us everything we need to know to back up what we are learning ourself whilst doing on the the job learning.
The classroom work definitely helped me once I got o to my working roll, as the tutors where ex bus drivers themselves they could show us examples of thing s that they had experienced before,
Nothing that I am aware off
Yes
Job for life if you enjoy the work
Really try to soak up what the tutors are telling you, they have a wealth of experience and it's information that will help you .
