My job involves different aspects for example making different items out of different materials like aluminium and stainless and also involves welding parts together. It also includes the removal and fitting of vents
I have learnt different skills like using the different machines and knowing how to make different things
I really enjoy the programme as it allows me to do something I’ve never done before and use different machines to gain new skills everyday
The structure on site is really good and organised however the college could be more organised
There is plenty of support from my employer with no matter what you need support with
You receive plenty of support as your always working with someone that has completed your apprenticeship
I feel I am improving everyday and I’m picking up new skills in a day to day basis and the reviews I have to do all help of ways I can improve
