For my apprentice I must complete all practical and written work that is necessary these include questions and tests to test my knowledge, and the practical being products to make. throughout the apprenticeship i have been taught everything I need to know so far.
I have developed my skills, by being able to accurately read a drawing and reference it to make a finished product. Also I have learnt many key skills requires for the role I am in, including welding, shaping, rolling, drilling, cutting, and creating final products out of metal.
I am thoroughly enjoying this program so far, i have learnt many things and am always exited to know what is next for the apprenticeship.
The structure of the program is good, everything is set out well with due deadlines and set times for learning and breaks, etc.
I receive plenty of support from my employer ensuring I am happy with what I am doing at all times, and making sure anything that I may need is provided or fixed as soon as.
My training provided provides me with plenty of support helping me get the qualifications I deserve
I feel that due to the good learning and experience I am receiving from my training provider, Iam doing much better at both practical and theory
There are plenty of experiences I am entitled to including tours and trips to other places and other networking events I can help out at if I wish to do so.
