I work within a fast food chain where I serve hundreds of customers a day. This means I also have to run an efficient team to allow for the intake we do.
I have learnt many new things during this apprenticeship. That allows me to be the best manager I can be. But also the behind the scenes in order for the store to work
I really enjoy my programme as it allows me to push myself even further and think about things in a deeper way than I usually would.
My programme is very well structured and fits around my day to day job effectively which allows for me to feel comfortable doing both learning and work.
My employer gives me the best support I need. I am allocated days of study and have a instore coach that is there any point of the day to help and answer questions.
My training provider Erol is amazing at what he does, he always has the best answers to my questions but also pushes my knowledge further. We have regular catch up sessions that allow for us to work towards the end point assessment.
Personally I think the learning I do links perfectly to my job role and every shift I run I always think about what I’ve learnt and how I can use it in my role.
We get involved in raising money for the Ronald McDonald charity and this is done through many ways.
Yes
It’s a very flexible job that allows for you to enjoy life and work. It also has good progression routes and for young workers that’s always a good thing.
My tips would be to ensure you are a customer facing person if not then the job might not be for you. The whole aim of the job is to serve customers.
