Normally running shifts, if I’m not running a shift i am usually just working front and helping ensure that the shift is running smoothly. Helping where and when I can.
I have learnt new skills and information as well as improving information I already had from doing business in college
I enjoy this programme as I am learning more and getting something out of what I like doing.
I think it is structured very well and well organised with clear deadlines and frequent meetings.
I receive enough support in getting the shifts I need and also time to complete my work.
I receive on going support as well as frequent review sessions.
It help improve my skills in the job.
