1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Developing, maintaining and automating systems to create efficiency within the workplace whlst also taking on a scrum master role to manage teams workloads and ensure they aren't facing any issues with their tasks and if they are, then helping where I can or reaching out to people who can help.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have obtained a new skill of Scrum Mastering. I did not previously have any experience within this side of working however I was able to take on the role and successfully Scrum Master two teams.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme as it has really helped me grow both professionally and personally to develop wide transferrable skills.

BT have been exceptionally supportive and done everything to ensure I am happy and enjoying what I am doing. The have also helped with the university side of things which i am grateful for.

Theres always a wide variety of things going on in the office and outside socially!

I would recommend BT to a friend as they are a trusted employer who value their employees and make sure they are happy with what they are doing.

Be yourself! Ensure you speak confidently and know your background of the company and about the role you are applying for.
