I am a payments specialist dealing with Financial data on a daily basis. My job is to ensure the payments our customers make are going to their intended location, any issues its up to me to resolve them.
Developed on my skills in excel/google sheets, learning forumla's to manipulate data.
I have enjoyed it, minus the issues I'm still dealing with
It is organised and structured really well, very easy to follow
I receive the exact amount I need, it comes from me reaching out when I need support.
Plenty, again I reach out when needed but with the consistent feedback on the work I produce it helps to improve it further.
I can use the skills and techniques I'm learning to enhance the processes we use for our work, I can help visualise the data in an easier way instead of having to look at the raw data all the time.
Not that I am aware of or wish to participate in
Yes
I have worked with the company since 2017 and have found them to be one of the best to work for. The community I have joined and helped grow has been amazing. The current role and team/family I am in is one of the best
Be realistic about whether working in customer service for an energy company is really something you want to do. There is a lot to learn but if you're willing you'll go far.
