I am a shift leader. this means I run the shift and ensure we have enough stock to meet the demand. I also have to people position to ensure maximum sales and hitting our targets.
I Have developed more confidence with public speaking and can send professional emails at work now without over thinking it.
I do enjoying learning, I thrive at learning and gaining knowledge.
I have a well structured programme, if i able to get goal time to complete.
