Assist customers with their queries, resolve any complaints customers have and take requests for customers

I am given time off work to complete my assignment and read on articles to help complete the task
My employer is committed to see me thrive and successful so they give me enough support and also hold meetings for check-ins to see how I am getting on and if I need more support
The training provider meets me every month to discuss my progress and also to check if I need any further support.
As a graduate with experience in banking and finance from my home country. I hope to use this qualification and apply it to the development of both new and current skills. I am looking forward to using the qualification to assist customers and leave a lasting impression of how we value our clients
