Taking calls from customers calling up about their claim and also receiving and typing up emails.
I have learnt a lot more about claims and how to communicate in a professional manner.
It can sometimes have it's moments but at times can be enjoyable.
It is laid out very well with how the work is given and reviewed
i get a satisfactory amount of support whenever i am stuck on something
Questions i ask are always answered well so i can build on what i have done
There are certain elements that definitely help me with my job role and has helped improve some factors
There are networking events outside of work
Yes
They have been very helpful with the program i have been on and are very good when needing help internally
Try to make a good impression but of course try not to act different
