Case Worker, I work for the Department of Work and Pensions in the Child Maintenance Service, I work on cases both assigned to me by my team leader and answer calls from the general public.
I am learning to manage my time and learning new systems, I have worked in telephony before and also am an advanced computer user so some of it came naturally but some was very complex
The Programme is enjoyable so far but as I have only just started I do not have much experience to draw on
It is very well organised as it fits in with my day to day job and interacts with it to a degree
I receive a lot of support from my employer and am very grateful for it, I wouldn't have got as far as I have without it
As of yet I have not really experienced much of this as my 1st real session s haven't really begun, however my trainer always has responded quickly to any emails I've sent and I have no complaints in this area
I really couldn't say at this point as I am very new to the apprenticeship and still learning a lot in my job role
Yes but I haven't really involved myself in any of them
Yes
It is a fun place to work and most everyone is very friendly
Persevere, its worth it in the end but it's a lot of hard work
