apprentice Review

Daily i do till work , stock work , social media and apprentice training

I have learnt new customer service skills , brand information and merchandising

I really enjoy the programme and it's much better than i thought it would be , there's a lot more to the job than i expected

My programme i feel is very organised and i know when my work needs to be completed and i have monthly meetings with my assesor which are very helpful

I receive a lot of support within my apprenticeship from the company , my apprentice assesor and my store manager and other staff

I receive a lot of support and know i can always ask questions and get feedback and help when i need it

I feel my training has really benefitted my job role as i can learn in depth about policies and tasks and feel more confident when doing so

As we are part of a shopping centre there are always events for the staff to be involved in such as bowling ,quiz nights and pub nights

I think the company are very supportive , friendly and the job is very enjoyable

Id advise people to always be themselves as the company is very inclusive and to always be willing to work hard and do your best
