Yes - as this role involves dealing with all levels across departments and the Network and is a very generalist role, it offers great exposure to learn new skills and utilise and develop existing skills.
I love my program. It is everything that I have always wanted to do and put into practice in my future career(s). I have learnt so much and grown within the program - it has been amazing!
Very - I have also been very well supported throughout it.
I have been very well supported. My managers have been fantastic - I am very grateful to them.
Lots - they have been amazing. It was pretty stressful as I had to change provider just as I reached Gateway, however the new team at Crosby have been so helpful and supportive - I am very grateful to them too!
I have grown so much within my role through the learnings of my training. I feel I noticed the level of support I was able to provide became even more valuable and effective.
We have a really great engagement program where social activities are arranged for the team. This runs across the Network.
Yes
I have been invested in here more than any company I have known or worked for. Its hard work and fast paced - but that is what I love. You get out what you out in and I like that. Internal opportunities are amazing here!
Be yourself and ask questions. Always be honest if you are not sure. Be innovative.
