It involves picking and packing orders for deliveries, goods receiving any orders that come in. Also I will process orders that we receive online on our system additionally, I will create quotes for customers as well. Finally I will update customers on the status on their orders as well as chasing suppliers up for updates too.
I have developed my indepence while in this role as well I feel like I have developed my organising skills this could be organising the order tasks I need to complete. Finally I feel like I have my multi-tasking skills as I feel more confident doing different tasks at a similar time.
I enjoy the program as it has helped me learn new skills and knowledge but also it has helped me learned about myself as a person too. I enjoy the programme as I am getting involved doing a variety of tasks meaning that I am getting an overall learning experience of tasks that I have to do.
The programme is structured really well as I know when I have appointments for my apprenticeship and I know the time frames I have to complete any tasks set out for me. It also means I am able to focus on 1 module at a time and build up my knowledge.
I receive good support for my employer if I need it, if I have any questions that I need to ask I can and I would get the required support for it. Also if I need some support with my tasks then I am able to ask for an explaination and I would get the required help to make sure I can complete the task.
I receieve good amount of support from my training provider as there will be regular check ups to see how I feel about the programme and my role itself. Finally if need any support then they will give me the require support I need and advice if I need any.
It has helped me learned about the different things I need to be aware of my in role such as the different health and safety aspects in the warehouse area. But also it has helped me realise the different skills I am using in my role which have been learned or I have developed.
At the minute there has been many activities to get involved with but there maybe in the future.
Yes
As I feel the training and learning isn't too stressful and easy to follow the structure of the learning. So it makes it less stressful for the learner as you know what you are doing and the time frame you need to complete tasks by and how the apprenticeship works.
The learning programme is really easy to follow and stress free. Also the learning is quite independent so if it is something you prefer where the tasks is more independent then I would reccommend Learning Skills Partnership to others and there are support and helpful if you require help with anything.
