Mange a team of 14 Analysts for the Service Desk - proving coaching and mentoring for the analysts. Working on projects and collaborating with IT Department to ensure smooth process for BAU

Yes through the apprenticeship I have learnt how to communicate better and to put together working plans for my team

I enjoy the process of learning and putting what I learned in real life situations

I get my lesson plans and what tasks I need to work on and get coaching through out that process

I get a day a week to work on my current tasks

A lot and really happy with what I get - any questions or issues are quickly picked up

As stated before with what I learn from the modules I put them into play with my current role

Currently I would have to say no, there is nothing against the company but with the current climate there is not alot of job security at the moment.

Be honest and show that you are willing to work
