  • I've got a lot of support and help, with her knowledge, and with Informations. Also I can share my worries with her for example about Maths, English or Business project l.

  • With this course I'm able to see the business as a bigger picture, I can see the systems in the McDonald's are strongly connected, with this knowledge I can help each system better

  • I'm more involved to post things on Wokplace about food safety, also to help to create a better habit in our store

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • People can learn more responsibility, learn how to work together as a team. There are opportunities to step higher, to be a crew trainer, manager, assistant manager, BM, there is also an opportunity to do apprenticeship. We provide mental helps too


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • I would say try to enjoy the time with us while listen and follow our instructions, especially rules about food safety and health and safety. Most of the crew happy to learn new things and we are happy to train.
