Assistant accountant role. Involves managing my workflow of accounts preparation, outsourcing and additional accounts tasks.
Yes, lots of new skills learnt and previous skills developed.
I enjoy my programme. Even though the workload for the apprenticeship work can be excessive and overwhelming at times when also completing professional exams and working full time.
Well organised and structured for the exams. However, the apprenticeship side doesn't feel well planned and a bit all over the place. Many different tasks, hard to follow the aim.
I receive a lot of support from my employer.
I receive the right amount of support from Kaplan. Some tutors are amazing but some aren't up to standard of other training providers.
My qualification through Kaplan helps me to perform in my role as they offer support and additional resources.
Yes, all of the above. Work promotes these activities and pushes for us to attend to progress our skills and career.
Yes
Well structured company for ambitious individuals who want to progress in their career and develop. Many training opportunities/ webinars/ training days to attend. Support and training from colleagues and managers is also good.
Be yourself and have self belief. Your employer will support you and help you progress no matter where you are starting from.
