I am responsible for the day to day workings of a McDonald’s restaurant making sure all safety and hygiene regulations are followed as well as looking after crew. I make the schedule for the restaurant and am responsible for training.
My time management has improved and I have also been given a better understanding of the different management styles and how they will suit different circumstances.
At times I have found it difficult as there was a lot of e-learning to complete but overall it was easy to follow and informative.
