  • Collate H&S data for 14 sites and produce reports for the Board. OH support and Sickness absence tracking for the group. H&S and Incident reporting.

  • Yes, It has helped me with my role as a MHFA. I am now much more confident referring colleagues to internal and external sources.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It has been challenging to keep up to date but once engaged in the topics I have found them interesting and mostly useful

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Some modules involved a lot of reading and so keeping on track was not always possible. I was allowed some leeway so I did not feel under too much pressure and was able to catch up.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager was very supportive and allowed me time out to study. It was more the workload and deadlines I have to comply to with my job, did not always allow me to take that time out.

  • I was always ale to contact someone if I had a query or was stuck on a piece of work

  • It will definitely assist me with the MHFA role

  • Learn about the company and its products and be prepared to work hard. The benefits and opportunities are there if you are interested. The SLT are approachable and forward thinking supported by a modern HR, L&D and Well-being teams
