Really enjoyed the programme! Multiple events to network & be part of different teams in your different rotations. Also, you can work towards a qualification such as CIMA/ ACCA.
The programme is fairly structured with key responsibilities assigned at the beginning of each rotation. Additional responsibilities can come based on workload in the team.
A lot of support is provided by the employer. You'll have support from your Functional & Line manager, and the wider team. The work environment is particularly keen to make sure you excel. You'll also have access to study days to use for your Level 7 Qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
You'll have monthly call with your Kaplan tutor in order to discuss progress and potential soft skills you want to improve on. You have the flexibility to learn In-Person, Live Online or On-Demand for your level 7 qualification (ACCA/CIMA). You'll also be able to apply for study leave to focus on your exams closely.
By studying CIMA, it enables me to understand how the Finance structure is organised, the role it plays and the type of reporting is required to help the business make critical decisions. The qualification also shows how the Finance organisation is evolving and how the future of the role will look like as well.
There are work socials, and team building exercises that happen on a quarterly basis. There is also Football activities that are organised on a monthly basis depending on availability. There are 'Lunch to Learn' & Digitilisation sessions as well to network and showcase the latest use of technology in the workplace.
