I really enjoy my programme, the people are brilliant and attentive. Managers are selected brilliantly. The variation of work on this job really exceeded my expectations. Something new every day. caters to disabilities well. opportunities to go on larger jobs are always available
The college isn't great but the structure of the apprenticeship is great. Its a 4 year apprenticeship with the first year 5 days a week at college, second year is 4 days a week work and one day college, third and fourth year is shift on day release
i have never felt more supported at my work place, I have ADHD and Dyslexia and my line manager does every thing he can to support me. The college work can be difficult because of a lack of teachers but they are very understanding of this.
my trainer has given me Wednesday mornings on top of the day at college to work towards my qualifications which is great because it means i can have a good work / life balance.
the content we learn is very useful for the job although i feel as though i have learnt much more with hands on work
There are many social events you can attend like golf and meals with your team. we also have a week away (outward bound) for the apprentices

I never thought i would actually enjoy a job until I started working here. Incredible place to work
Build up your portfolio so you can show your interest in engineering. The interview process can be daunting but it is worth it.
