Supervising and leading a team to achieve results whilst attaining a hospitable and welcoming environment for customers
My people interactions skills and knowledge of business terminology has greatly improved
It’s definitely very well suited to my kind of work style and at no point have I ever felt annoyed at the workload or dissatisfied
I have regular meetings with my mentor and lifetime training advisor, very well structured
I get overwhelming support at any time no matter what :)
They are always kind and understanding and more then happy to help out and answer any questions
It definitely makes you feel like you have more of a sense of duty on the shop floor
Yes tons, football for charity + many more charity events. And annual team events
No
I definitely would if it was temporary, however long term I definitely feel worn down and impacted by this job and wouldn’t want that on a friend haha
Make sure you have friends in the team otherwise work will be quite unbearable
