Commercial graduate surveyor. Work in the capital markets sustainability team. I work on providing advice on the sustainability elements of transactions, bridging the gap between deal teams and technical experts.
Cash flow modelling. Excel skills. Powerpoint skills. Presentation skills
I have enjoyed the programme, although it is a very long process from start to finish (the APC)
Mixed bag. Staff turnover has been very frequent which has caused issues/lack of continuity within my firm
